What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced complaint visit to the facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Amber Branconier (Licensee) and explained the purpose of the visit. During today's visit, LPA obtained a copy of the Staff and Resident Roster and interviewed Staff #1 in the office at 10:25 am. Record review and interview with Staff #1 indicate that Resident/Victim does not reside in the facility nor have Resident/Victim ever resided in the facility. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging: Residents are not provided assistance when needed. Facility does not have hot water. Facility is in disrepair. Food service is inadequate. We have found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegations are false, could not have happened and/or is without reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint. Exit interview conducted with Amber Branconier and a copy of this report provided.
