Pre-licensing visit·January 19, 2022

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Chan conducted a subsequent Pre-licensing visit for the purpose of checking the hot water temperature. LPA met with applicant, Margarita Mkrtchyan. The initial Pre-licensing inspection was conducted on 1/11/22 along with the Component III orientation. During the visit today, LPA rechecked the hot water temperature for the bathroom and kitchen sink. The hot water temperature was measured at 113.5 in the bathroom that residents will use and 112.3 in the kitchen sink, which are within the required range of 105-120 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pre-licensing deficiency has been resolved. LPA Chan will notify the Centralized Applications Bureau (CAB) Analyst of the completed Pre-Licensing inspection. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was provided to the licensee.
