Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cynthia Chan conducted the complaint visit regarding the allegation listed above. LPA arrived unannounced and met with Staff, Gabi Cho. The purpose of the visit was explained. During today's visit, LPA interviewed the licensee and Staff #1. Both stated that the individual in question does not reside at this location and was never a resident of the facility. LPA obtained a copy of the resident roster and verified that the name is not on the list. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging, staff did not meet the resident's hygiene needs. We have found that the complaint was UNFOUNDED, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened, and/or is without a reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided.
