What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Glenn Trueman made an announced pre-licensing visit and was greeted by Administrator Narek Barseghyan. Tour of the facility was conducted and included the following: Living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 Client bedrooms, Office-Storage Room ,2 Client bathrooms, laundry area, and patio area Inspection included the following domains: Infection Control, Operational Requirements, Physical Plant/ Environmental Safety, Personnel Records- Staff Training, Staffing, Resident Rights/Information, Planned Activity's, Food Service, Incidental Medical and Dental, Resident Records- Incident Reports, Disaster , Preparedness and Residents with Special Health Needs. Medication is locked an inaccessible to residents. The facility is clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair. All passageways are free from obstruction. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions and poisons are inaccessible to clients and are locked. The restrooms were observed to be clean and water temperature measured between 105 F.- and 120 F. Fire Clearance has been maintained. The program maintains a comfortable temperature in each room/office. The First Aid kit is kept and it is fully stocked with all required items including a current manual. Sufficient supply of 2 day perishables and 7 day non-perishables were maintained. Each client has personal rights free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, ridicule, coercion, threats, mental abuse, or other actions of a punitive nature. Component 3 was completed at today's visit. Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies Exit interview conducted.
