Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hansen conducted an unannounced case management and met with Leslie Wilson, Administrator. The purpose of this case management inspection is to follow up on facilities annual inspection conducted 1/20/2023. LPA conducted facilities annual inspection January 20,2023, Administrator was out of country and facility was given 4 technical assistance (TA's). LPA received required annual documents from Administrator on 3/1/2023 & 3/8/2023 providing requested updated CPR & First Aid training for staff. LPA is checking remaining TA's have been addressed and fixed. Liability Insurance on file expired, Licenser agreed to provide updated Insurance by 5/8/2023 per regulation HSC 1569.605. LPA provided copy of regulation. No deficiencies cited during today's inspection.
