What the inspector wrote

At approximately 12:45PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced, to conduct a case management visit. LPA met with Health Services Director Whitney Rodriguez. A concern was forwarded to LPA regarding the facility raising the rates for care services at the same time as the annual rate increase. LPA reviewed the notices the Licensee sent to residents and families and found it meets the timelines of 60 days for rate increases. Licensee sent notices on 10/28/2021 stating the increased rate will go into effect January 1, 2022. This is in line with regulation. No citations issued during this visit.
