What the inspector wrote

At approximately 10:30AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chris Arnhold arrived at this facility unannounced, to conduct a case management visit in regards to an incident report submitted to CCL on 11/07/2023. LPA met with Executive Director Zenia Shah and reviewed records. The incident was in regards to a resident reporting they were missing money. Director conducted interviews with staff and other residents and law enforcement was notified. The results of the investigation did not find evidence the money was taken as resident's recall of the events changed during the investigation. Facility followed regulation to ensure resident needs were met. No citations issued.
