LPA met with House Manager Issac Rolle and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA asked if Administrator Mama Ngaima would be present. Issac did not know who this person was. Failure to correct the cited deficiency(ies), on or before the Plan of Correction (POC) due date, may result in a civil penalty assessment.
