What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation Staff did not provide adequate care and supervision. The facility staff was present and supervising resident 1 when the fall occurred. The facility staff was providing care to Resident 1 when the fall took place. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted with facility House Manager Terry Lacey , and copy of report provided
