What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lady Cabrera conducted a case management visit to offer technical assistance to Licensee. LPA recommended that facility should provide resident's personal belongings, immediate items resident requires such as, dentures, glasses, hearing aids, medication list and/or medications when resident is being transported to the hospital.
