Pre-licensing visit·May 4, 2026

On 05/04/2026 a Pre-licensing Visit was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) M Vega. LPA met with Administrator (AD) - Surinder Ahluwalia. This facility has no bodies of water (pool, spa, hot tub, fountains, etc.) or space heating stove. Facility telephone number (209) 325-4394 Physical plant toured. Dining and living rooms are sufficiently furnished with adequate lighting. Kitchen has locked laundry area. Sufficient supply of service wear, utensils and cups. Locked in laundry area is miscellaneous cleaning chemicals for laundry and kitchen. Appliances observed to be clean and maintained. Facility observed to be at comfortable temperature. Client bedrooms toured. Bedrooms are sufficiently furnished with adequate lighting. Client bathrooms toured. Fixtures operational. Hot water measured 110.8 degrees F. Laundry appliances available and observed to appear clean and in good condition. Sufficient supply of linens available. Bedrooms fire cleared for non-ambulatory clients. Smoke detector/carbon monoxide detectors tested and operational. Fire extinguisher service date: 11/06/2025. Interior and exterior passageways clear without any obstructions. Outside area toured. Sufficient outdoor seating. Component III conducted. Exit interview conducted with Administrator. Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies. No deficiencies issued during this inspection. An exit interview was conducted with the Administrator - Surinder Ahluwalia. A copy of this report was given to AD whose signature on this form confirms receipt of this report.
