What the inspector wrote

On 11/19/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gorban arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct a Case Management regarding an incident that was reported on 11/05/25 by Administrator Ryan Banner reporting that multiple residents reported to administrator of missing personal belongings and valuable items from resident rooms. During this visit LPA met with senior executive assistant Geoven Snaer and followed up with the facility investigation. LPA requested facility files for review and follow up. Mean time, facility implemented visitors badges last week and extra video cameras monitoring facility perimeters for security measures. During this visit LPA was notified that due to construction by California American Water services shutting off water to the facility tomorrow for one day, on 11/20/25 from 8AM to 530 PM. Administration is working on providing an alternative ways for residents and staff have full access to water supply, included showers, hand washing stations hands and etc. Administrator also working on providing notification to residents and Licensing office regarding water shut off. LPA requested copy of police report and medical records regarding this incident. LPA will return at a later date if necessary regarding this incident. Requested files to be provide by 5pm, 11/21/2025 And exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to the Administrator.
