What the inspector wrote

Continued.. Regarding the allegation Staff are mismanaging resident's medication. Resident 1 has not been given a prescribed medication since 10/01/2024. Resident missed the 10/01/2024 dose, 10/02/2024 dose, and the 10/03/2024 dose. Based on records reviewed, and observation the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. This is an amended report. The following deficiencies are being cited Per Title 22 Regulations Exit interview conducted with Administrator Mathew Magsambol, and a copy of this report along with appeals rights provided.
