What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erik Gonzalez Campos arrived unannounced on 09/12/2022 to conduct a case management inspection regarding an incident report received by Community Care Licensing on 08/08/2022. Administrator was not available, LPA met with Business Office Manager Jenny Lockwood. The incident report was concerning a medication error on 08/06/2022. During the inspection LPA requested training verification be submitted to Community Care Licensing by 09/16/2022. Exit interview conducted with Jenny Lockwood and a copy of this report printed for the facility.
