Based on interviews conducted with residents, LPA was informed the facility has suggested visiting hours but if a visitor wishes to come before or after, they are able to do so as long as they do not cause disruptions to other residents. Residents told LPA they have not had any situations where their visitor was told leave before they were ready. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
