What the inspector wrote

At approximately 1:30 PM, on 4/24/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Julie Florio conducted a case management- incident follow up visit and met with Shanti Ragland, Administrator. This visit is being conducted to obtain more information regarding an incident report which was received by the Department on 04/17/2025 and a corresponding SOC341 received by the Department on 04/18/2025. The incident was allegedly regarding finances between staff 1 (S1) and resident 1 (R1). LPA made observations, obtained documents, and conducted interviews (see LIC812s). LPA will follow up with the local police as well. No deficiencies were cited during todays visit. Exit interview was conducted with Administrator, whose signature on form confirms receipt of document.
