Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) William Vanegas made an unannounced inspection for the purposes of conducting a plan of correction visit in regards to deficiencies issued during last annual inspection. Upon arrival LPA Vanegas was greeted and granted entry to the facility by Care Giver (CG) Patrick Guillemer and advised the purposes of the inspection. LPA Vanegas began to review documents and conducting a facility tour to check on the well being of the residents in care, and observed the following. Residents in care were observed to be having breakfast, in the respected kitchen area. Staff was attending any resident needs, and facility is clean and sanitary. LPA Vanegas reviewed staff files; and in regards to deficiency being issued for staff members LIC503 not being available for review; this deficiency has been cleared as there was a 503 available for review, and a T.B test available for review. In regard to deficiency HSC 1569.695(a); was not corrected, and LPA Vanegas reissued the deficiency. Administrator and LPA Vanegas collaborated to make a plan of correction, and AD was made aware of the P.O.C due date. LPA Vanegas conducted an exit interview with CG Patrick Guillermer and a copy of this report was provided to the facility.
