What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation "Food is too high in sodium," LPA Quiroz interviewed four residents. Four of four interviewees of which one interviewee is on the Food Committee indicated "Food is good, it's kosher diet and not salty." Therefore the allegations listed above are deemed UNFOUNDED, meaning the allegations are false, could not have happened and/or are without a reasonable basis. This report was reviewed with Executive Director Mike Silvermen and Tracii Brown, Director of Health Care and a copy of this report was provided at exit.
