Routine inspection·March 25, 2026

On March 25, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Lopez made an unannounced visit to the facility for the purpose of conducting the required annual inspection. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by Licensee Claudia Biscos after explaining the purpose for the visit. LPA, accompanied with Licensee, conducted a walk-through of the interior and exterior portions of the facility. LPA observed that there are no residents in care and that the facility is vacant. The Licensee stated that she had not had any residents since July 2023. and confirmed that the facility is not in operation and that there are no residents in care at the time of visit. LPA advised the Licensee to notify the department if they admit a resident in the future. Based on the observations made during today's visit, no deficiencies are being cited per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Claudia Biscos and a copy of this report was provided.
