What the inspector wrote

On this Day,Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Mendivil arrived at Family Villa Home Care to conduct an unannounced required annual inspection. LPA knocked and no one answered. LPA Mendivil called Administrator Linda Bolivar and reached Administrator at 11:22 am and Administrator arrived shortly after. The facility is licensed for 6 non ambulatory residents 4 which may be on hospice. Facility is 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story home with an attached garage. LPA toured the interior and exterior portions of the facility. The facility is currently has a census of 0 residents in care. No deficiencies noted, an exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided.
