On July 11, 2025, at 8:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Edward Kim conducted a case management visit to follow up a request to add two bedrooms in the living area. LPA Kim was greeted and granted entry to the facility by Caregiver (CG) Ellein Bobis. Licensee Eyob Kebede arrived at the facility around 9:00 AM and LPA Kim explained the purpose of the visit. LPA Kim toured the indoor and outdoor of the physical facility with Licensee Kebede. LPA Kim observed where the facility is requesting to change in the living area to add two bedrooms. The facility is large enough to provide comfortable living accommodation and privacy for residents and staff. The common area that will be under construction, the living area, will be sufficient in space to promote and facilitate activities. The two new bedrooms will be large enough to reside in and to allow easy passage through the bed and other required furniture. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Licensee Eyob Kebede.
