What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sam Haddadin conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to follow up on a Plan of Correction (POC) cited during the annual inspection on September 23, 2025. Upon arrival, LPA Haddadin was greeted by Care Staff Jose Pisco and was granted entry. The purpose of the visit was explained. During the visit, LPA conducted a health and safety inspection and verified correction of the previously cited hot water temperature. The hot water was measured at 116.7 degrees Fahrenheit, which is within the regulatory range established by Title 22. The “A” citation has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report, along with the cleared POC letter, was provided to the facility.
