What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Gough made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a case management visit. LPA was greeted and granted entry by staff. LPA met with Administrator (AD) Robert Fiorentino and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA arrived at the facility to collect documents for Resident #1 (R1) and was informed by AD that the facility does not have access to nurses notes, etc. for R1 at the time of request due to the facility changing systems and not being able to gain access to the old system. Based on interviews conducted a citation is being noted per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations.
