Correction check·July 3, 2025

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Gough arrived at the facility for the purpose of conducting a plan of correction visit to verify the corrected citation. The citation was issued during the required annual inspection that was conducted on May 23 rd , 2025. LPA was greeted and granted entry by staff. LPA met with House Manager Paulo Faeldo and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed that the wall in the covered patio had been taken down. LPA observed building permits for the demolition of the non-permitted interior wall in the patio. Based on today’s observations the deficiency cited under 87305(a) of Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted with House Manager Paulo Faeldo and a copy of this report along with a letter of deficiency citations cleared was left at the facility.
