Call 9-1-1 for imminent health threats

Section 87465(g) Incident Medical and Dental Care "The licensee shall immediately telephone 9-1-1 if an injury or other circumstance has resulted in an imminent threat to a resident’s health (...)".This requirement is not met as evidenced by the observation, file review and interviews which establish that licensee did not activate the paramedics until several hours after the incident when resident became lethargic. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to the clients in care.
