An informal conference was conducted on this date in the Orange County Adult and Senior Care Regional Office. The purpose of this informal conference was to discuss concerns regarding the compliance of the facility. Licensing Program Manager Alisa Ortiz, Licensing Program Analysts Jenifer Tirre, Alvaro Ramirez and Licensee Yaninee Asawadillo were present. During the meeting the following were discussed: Neglect and lack of care & supervision. Uncleared employees The following was agree to by Administrator: Medication Management is to be handled only by designated employees Staff Training is to be maintained up to date and current Administrator is to continue to provide appropriate over sight over the facility to maintain compliance. During the meeting Technical Support Program (TSP) was offered to Administrator Yaninee Asawadilo who agreed to accept services. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee and copy of report was provided.
