Keep prescriptions in original containers
The following requirements shall apply to medications which are centrally stored: Each resident's medication shall be stored in its originally received container. No medications shall be transferred between containers. This requirement is not met as eveidence by: Based on observation, Licensee failed to manage medications properly. It was reported that Resident 1 (R1) was given pre-poured medications labeled with the wrong time and labeled with another resident’s name.
