What the inspector wrote

Pest control services the facility monthly with no reports of insects or rodents, therefore the allegation of "facility has rodents" was UNFOUNDED Based on the preponderance of evidence, the allegation "Facility has rodents" is deemed UNFOUNDED. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging "Facility has rodents," and have found that the complaint was unfounded, meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened and/or is without a reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint. An exit interview was conducted with Health and Wellness Director Itzayana Barba, and a copy of this report was provided at exit.
