Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ruth Martinez conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of conducting a required inspection visit. LPA was greeted at the door by Licensee and granted entry. LPA advised Licensee the reason for the visit. LPA was informed facility has no residents at this time. LPA observed facility has proper posting upon entry of the facility, emergency contact information, residents’ rights along with Department required posting. Licensee has submitted the mitigation plan to the Department. Licensee was advised they need to comply with infection guidelines prior to accepting new residents and inform the Department prior to accepting new residents. Based on the observations made during today’s visit, no deficiencies were noted today per Title 22 Division 6 of the California Code of Regulations. This report was reviewed with Licensee and a copy of this report was provided and left at facility.
