Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jenifer Tirre made an unannounced visit to the facility for the purpose of a Plan of Correction (POC), based upon deficiencies cited during annual inspection on 9/29/2025. On 9/30/2025, Administrator John Jason Eugenio contacted Licensing to inform that a water mixing valve was ordered to help correct water temperature of sink and expected to be delivered 10/1/2025. On 10/1/2025 Administrator Eugenio sent a video with water measuring at 108.0. Based upon today’s inspection visit, LPA observed the following; Water temperature in restrooms was measured at 108.3 degrees Fahrenheit. *Deficiency cited under Title 22 Regulations, section 87303 (e)(2) dated 9/29/2025 has been cleared. Licensee complied with the terms of the POC. Licensee adjusted water temperature to be within regulations. Therefore, deficiency has been cleared. Based on the observations no deficiencies were noted today. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator John Jason Eugenio and A copy of report was provided along with copy of Plan of Correction (POC) letter.
