Thirty days written notice to the resident is required...This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and records review, the facility issued an eviction notice without complying with Title 22 regulations, including the requirement to provide information about available resources for the resident and the right to file a complaint with the Licensing Agency. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to residents in care.
