Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

(Continued from LIC 9099) HSD stated that at no time did the facility tell the resident or family that R1 would be evicted. There is no eviction notice that was served to R1 or responsible party. The facility requested a personal companion while awaiting R1 to get a psychiatric evaluation for safety reasons only. Based on LPA's record review, observations and interviews, the allegation that Resident #1 was given an unlawful eviction is Unfounded. The allegation is false, could not have happened, and/or is without a reasonable basis. An exit interview was conducted with Peggy Ulland, Executive Director and a copy of this report and LIC 811 were provided to the facility.
