What the inspector wrote

This agency has found the complaint allegation of " Residents are not afforded comfortable accommodations while in care," is deemed UNFOUNDED; meaning that the allegation was false, could not have happened or is without a reasonable basis. We have therefore dismissed the complaint allegation listed above. An exit interview was conducted with Facility staff and with Administrator Assistant Karmian Galang via telephone and a copy of this report was provided at exit.

This was verified with Administrator Assistant Karmian Galang who indicated "Have been having trouble getting it from VA Hospital." This poses a potential risk for residents in care.
