LPA observed four out of four non-operational stove burners that are in need of repair. LPA also observed four cabinet doors in need of repair with two hanging off the henges and two unable to close.

While inspecting kitchen area, LPA Quiroz observed expired condiments, food items and canned goods with expiration dates varying from 6/1/2020-10/19/2023. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
