Per CCR section 87303(a) The facility shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times. This requirement is not met as evidenced by the confirmed presence of bed bugs in one of the facility's units which necessitated a pest control intervention. This constitutes a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of individuals in care.
