What the inspector wrote

Facility did not provide evidence of accurate accounting related to the overcharge. Admission agreement shows laundry services to be done once per week. LPA reviewed invoices for laundry services 4-7 times a week dated 02/01-04/01/2025 in the amount of $200 per month. These charges were unauthorized by the financial DPOA . Based on records reviewed and interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence has been met, therefore the allegations are deemed SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 6, Chapter 8 is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Westphaln and a copy of this report along with the Appeal Rights were provided at the time of this visit. there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.
