What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kimberly Lyman conducted an unannounced health and safety case management visit to the facility. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility and explained the reason for the visit. During the visit, LPA toured the facility and spoke with residents in memory care and assisted living. Residents were observed relaxing or participating in activities and appeared clean and well taken care of. Facility appears clean, safe and sanitary. LPA observed ample staffing in the memory care unit. LPA observed ample two day perishables and seven day non-perishables as well as emergency food and water. LPA observed no health or safety concerns during the visit today. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
