What the inspector wrote

On May 20, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Lopez made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a Case Management Deficiencies visit. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by caregiving staff after explaining the purpose for today's visit. Administrator (AD) Cheryl Sansano was notified via telephone but could not arrive to assist with today's inspection. On the annual inspection conducted on April 28, 2025, the hot water temperature in resident bathrooms measured between 125.7 and 128.4 degrees Fahrenheit. On today's visit, LPA tested the hot water temperature in resident bathrooms which measured between 106.1 and 107 degrees Fahrenheit. Based on the observations made during today's visit, no deficiencies are being cited per the Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations. The previous citation was cleared at time of visit. An exit interview was conducted with an authorized facility representative and a copy of the report was provided.
