Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) William Vanegas conducted an unannounced annual inspection for the purposes of completing an annual inspection. Upon arrival LPA Vanegas was greeted an granted entry to the facility by Care Giver on duty. LPA Vanegas explained the nature of the visit and began a tour of the facility and observed the following. This is a two storied home with 7 bedrooms one of which is a staff bedroom, and six of which are resident bedrooms. LPA Vanegas observed kitchen area to be clean and free of debris and mildew. LPA Vanegas observed a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer at the facility. All appeared to be in good condition and tested operational. LPA Vanegas observed a seven day supply of non- perishable food, and a two supply of perishable food. LPA Vanegas conducted interviews with clients in care, however LPA Vanegas was advised that they had to return to the office for in office duties. LPA Vanegas advised that they would have to return to complete the annual inspection. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
