Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst conducted a continuation of the annual inspection, and observed the following, Resident bedrooms are all clean and contain all required furnishings such as a bed, chair, lamps, clean linens meaning no strains or tears, enough storage space to store personal belongings, and the rooms are large enough to roam about freely. LPA Vanegas observed all resident restrooms to be clean and sanitary as well as free of any mildew or debris. LPA Vanegas observed water faucets, and toilets to be operational and in good repair. LPA Vanegas observed the water temperature to be between 120.8 and 121.4 degrees. LPA Vanegas observed all toxins, sharps and medications to be inaccessible to clients in care and locked away. LPA Vanegas observed the backyard of the facility to be clean and free of any obstructions blocking the exit routes. LPA Vanegas observed an outdoor shaded sitting area available to residents in care upon request. LPA Vanegas reviewed medications with Care Giver (CG) Glen Navarro, and per LPA Vanegas review all medications are being administered per physicians orders. LPA Vanegas observed all fire extinguishers to be fully charged and up to date. LPA Vanegas observed all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to be in good repair and operational. LPA Vanegas reviewed two staff files and five resident files. All files (Staff and Resident) contained all required documents, and all staff annual training was complete. Based on observations made during today's inspection no deficiencies will be cited. An exit interview was conducted with CG Glenn Navarro and a copy of this report was provided to the facility.
