What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation: Facility is in disrepair During the visit LPA Haley walked around the facility with staff to make a few observations. During the tour of the interior and exterior of the facility observations were made and photos were taken. During the tour of resident bedrooms, LPA observed one of the ceiling fans was not working in one of the resident bedrooms. After speaking to a staff member about the ceiling fan in the residents room, the staff member stated the maintenance person will come fix the ceiling fan tomorrow (Wednesday May 7th) morning. Based on the evidence gathered through interviews and observations, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore, the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. Violations are being cited per California Code of Regulations Title 22. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report, and appeal rights were provided.
