Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

LPA made an announced visit to conduct the required annual inspection. The facility is currently licensed; however, the facility is non-operational and has never accepted any residents. Licensing fees are current. The interior and exterior areas of the facility are being maintained. The facility has running water and electricity. There were no smells or odors present during the inspection. Currently there is an ADU being constructed in the rear of the facility and Licensee Fisal Rajpoot provided the building permit documents via email. The estimated date of completion is scheduled for April or May 2026 and may be completed sooner. LPA and Licensee Fisal Rajpoot discussed the intended use of the structure and the next steps to take when the structure is completed. LPA advised the licensee that the facility will need a new fire clearance, and the facility floor plan needs to be updated when the structure is completed. Licensee Fisal Rajpoot understood the guidance provided and understood the next steps. LPA Haley also advised Licensee Fisal Rajpoot the importance of notifying the department prior to accepting its first resident. Licensee Rajpoot understands and agrees to notify the department prior to accepting it’s first resident. No deficiencies are being cited during today’s visit. An exit interview conducted, and a copy of the report was provided.
