What the inspector wrote

On June 6, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Lopez made an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection to follow up on corrections identified during the initial pre-licensing inspection, see LIC809 dated May 12, 2025 for more details. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by Administrator (AD) Evan Tran. LPA, accompanied by the AD, conducted a tour of the facility and observed the following: Chairs were present in all four resident bedrooms. Chest of drawers were present for bedroom three. There is a See Something, Say Something poster (PUB 475) mounted on the wall by the entryway of the facility. Light bulbs were operational in bathroom two. Construction materials were removed from the passageway on the southside of the facility. The four burner gas stove lights unassisted. An internet device for resident use was present and stored in the living room. All the corrections noted during the initial pre-licensing inspection conducted on May 12, 2025 have been corrected. Component III was completed with the AD, which provided information about how to operate the facility within compliance and reporting requirements. The AD was notified that the final application approval will be issued by the Centralized Applications Bureau (CAB) in Sacramento. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Evan Tran and a copy of this report was provided.
