What the inspector wrote

On May 20, 2025, at 8:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Edward Kim conducted an announced Pre-Licensing continuation visit. LPA Kim was allowed entry and met with Applicant Cristina Coman. The purpose of today's visit was to follow-up on the issues that were present during the initial Pre-Licensing visit on April 28, 2025. During a tour of the facility, LPA Kim observed that the following items have been corrected: 1) Bedroom #3 has a door. 2) Outdoor gate doors are self-closing and self-latching 3) First Aid Manual is available 4) All bathrooms have shower mats 5) All bedrooms have regular beds and do not have hospital beds as before. 6) Bathroom hot water temperature is measuring between 109.5 degrees Fahrenheit and 110.3 degrees Fahrenheit. Component III Component three Orientation was completed with Applicant Cristina Coman during visit. All items have been corrected. The facility is ready for licensure. The pre-licensing visit and Component III Orientation are now complete. This facility meets the requirements for licensure. LPA Kim will forward this report to the Centralized Applications Bureau for review. The license will be granted upon completion of a final review and approval from the Centralized Applications Bureau. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to applicant Cristina Coman
