What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joseph Alejandre made an announced visit to conduct the second pre-licensing inspection. LPA met with applicant Yama Raawee. LPA and applicant toured the facility. LPA observed the following items have been corrected. Bedroom 5 must now has a chest of drawers and night stand. The dead-bolt holes in all 6 bathroom doors have been repaired. All 7 TVs have been mounted on the walls and are no longer a trip hazard. LPA observed books, games and puzzles in the living room for residents. The Theft and Loss Policy is posted by the main entry. The first aid kit has a new current edition first aid manual. All the lumber and debris must be removed from the backyard/side of the house. Both exit gates are self closing and have exit alarms that sound in the kitchen. Facility has a 3 day supply of emergency food and water. Facility now has phone service, the facility phone number is 949-345-0132. All bathroom showers now have non-slip mats. All exit doors now have exit alarms that sound in the kitchen. Hot water measured 119.3 degrees Fahrenheit in all bathrooms. The facility is ready to be licensed. LPA informed the applicant that final approval for licensure will be approved by CAB in Sacramento. Applicant stated they understood. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided to the applicant.
