On today's date Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) conducted an unannounced visit for the purposes of completing a case management inspection for the purposes of ensuring the Administrator is in compliance with the previously cited deficiency stating that a staff member was residing in the same room as a resident in care. Upon arrival LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by facility staff. LPA explained the purpose of the visit to facility staff and began to inspect the facility for any observable deficiencies. Per LPA observations there were no observable deficiencies. Per LPA's observations the administrator is in compliance with previously issued deficiency. Furthermore an interview conducted with the resident who resides in the room confirmed that there is no longer anyone sleeping in the same room as them. Based on observations made during today's visit no additional deficiencies will be issued at this time. An exit interview was conducted with Care giving staff and a copy of this report was provided to the facility.
