What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ruth Martinez conducted an announced continued prelicensing visit today to ensure the facility had made all corrections required from the November 24, 2025, visit. During the visit the LPA verified the following is corrected: 1. The gas needs to be turned on by the gas company, gas observe to be functioning. 2. Kitchen stove needs to be operational. Stove is operational 3. Hot water temperature needs to be measured between 105-120 Fahrenheit degrees. Hot water measured 108.1 Fahrenheit degrees. 4. Resident bedroom #3 needs closet to be completed with either of the following: a large dresser drawer, hanging rod for clothes, a door for the closet. Bedroom #3 observed with closet sliding doors, and a hanging rod. 5. Outside fireplace to have a cover. Fireplace had a cover. The LPA observes that the item identified for correction during initial prelicensing visit of November 24, 2025, is now corrected. With the above corrections completed the facility physical plant meets requirements of Title 22 Regulations. The applicant has met all pre-licensing requirements. LPA will submit notification to CAB in Sacramento for final review prior to license being issued. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was left with the applicant.
