Pre-licensing visit·January 7, 2026

On January 7, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brandon Lopez made an announced visit to the facility to conduct a pre-licensing inspection. LPA is conducted the visit to follow up on corrections identified during the initial pre-licensing inspection, see LIC809 dated January 5, 2026 for more details. LPA was greeted and granted entry into the facility by Administrator (AD) Shiela Naguit. LPA, accompanied by the AD, conducted a tour of the facility and observed the following: The facility has hot water which measured between 106.8 and 107.2 degrees Fahrenheit. All the corrections noted during the initial pre-licensing inspection conducted on January 5, 2026, have been corrected. Component III was completed with the AD, which provided information about how to operate the facility within compliance and reporting requirements. The AD was notified that the final application approval will be issued by the Centralized Applications Bureau (CAB) in Sacramento. An exit interview was conducted with Administrator Shiela Naguit and a copy of this report was provided.
