What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kevin Mknelly arrived at the facility unannounced on 2/8/24 to conduct a Annual Inspection utilizing the CARE inspection tool. LPA met with the Licensee/ Administrator and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA and Admin toured the facility together to ensure health and safety of residents in care. Areas toured include but are not limited to: common areas, resident bedroom, medication rooms, kitchen and dining and garage. In the areas toured, items observed to potentially effect immediate health, safety, or personal rights violations were observed were corrected. The facility is clean and well maintained. Residents observed appeared to be assisted as needed with an appropriate number of staff present. LPA reviewed 5 resident files. Files were incomplete for some current documents. 2 Staff files were reviewed. Files are complete. Licensee to submit proof of training docs not present at the time of the inspection. LPA received a copy of the liability Ins. certificate. Deficiencies are being cited as a result of todays inspection. Exit interview conducted. Report provided copy and appeal rights provided.
