On 06/24/2022, a Non-Compliance Conference was conducted today in the Sacramento North Regional Office via Microsoft Teams, due to COVID-19 precautions. Present in the meeting is Regional Manager (RM) Alycia Berryman, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Anthony Perez, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarena Keosavang, and facility’s Administrator Tatiana Danu and Administrator Elizaveta Scutaru. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Stipulation and Waiver; and Order issued by the California Department of Social Services was adopted on June 10, 2022. The stipulation and waiver and order were discussed, to all present in the meeting. Tatiana Danu and Elizaveta Scutaru acknowledges document and agrees to abide by the contents set forth in said stipulation and waiver and order. The Stipulation, Waiver & Order details are as follows: 1. Standard conditions for licensee- 2 years probation with 18-months early termination and admit allegations. 2. Ensure that there is a written procedure on responding to client elopements. (This was completed with the Plan of Correction). Within (90) days, provide training to all staff on the procedure on responding to client elopements. Within thirty (30) days after completing the training, submit to the licensing office a copy of the procedures, training materials, and attendance list. 3. Elizaveta Scutaru continues to hold her administrator certificate. She must obey all laws, regulations and meeting the regulatory requirements related to the position of administrator of an RCFE. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report will be emailed to Administrator. Administrator is to sign the report and email it back to LPA .
